Commemorating a key battle of the French & Indian War, which occured on October 12, 1758, Fort Ligonier Days draws more than 100,000 visitors each year to the quaint, picturesque town of Ligonier.
The three-day event features historic battle reenactments, top-rated juried crafts, delicious foods, delightful musical entertainment and a grand parade on Saturday.
With a backdrop of spectacular fall foliage as its setting, a variety of activities are found on the beautiful Ligonier Diamond, throughout the historic town, and at the authentically reconstructed Fort Ligonier and its world-class, recently-renovated, museum.

Fort Ligonier welcomes community residents and visitors for free from 4-6:00 pm (donations greatly appreciated). Experience the magnificent historic site that made Ligonier possible and rediscover the stories of when President Dwight D. Eisenhower visited for the Fort’s Bicentennial in 1958, which spurred the popular three-day community celebration.

Join us for the Commemoration of the October 12, 1758 Battle of Fort Ligonier. Special guided tours with living history demonstrations will be offered exclusively for this weekend only! Timed ticket reservations purchased in advance are required. The French and Indian War Battle reenactments will not be held this year.

Fort Ligonier is hosting a special Sunset Tour – just for members! This exclusive experience features a brief talk about the history of Fort Ligonier Days, a private guided tour of the museum, wine and cheese reception and lantern lit walk through the fort at dusk.
